Greek on the Road is an opportunity to experience Athens through the language while practising with a native teacher by your side.
Whether you're visiting Greece for a few days or spending longer here, we'll explore the city together while speaking Greek in authentic, everyday situations.
No classrooms. No desks. No pressure.
Just conversation, discovery and the confidence that comes from using the language naturally.
Greek on the Road Walk
A one-off, personalised two-hour experience
Every walk is planned around your interests, your level and your confidence.
Whatever your interests, we'll create an experience that feels less like a lesson and more like spending the morning with a local friend who also happens to be your Greek teacher.
During our walk we might:
● explore neighbourhoods beyond the usual tourist routes
● visit local cafés and small independent shops
● enjoy authentic Greek coffee or street food
● walk to Filopappou Hill for one of Athen's most beautiful views
● practise everyday conversations in real situations
● build vocabulary naturally as we explore the city
You'll also receive a small notebook to keep useful vocabulary, expressions and notes from our walk, so your learning continues long after the experience has finished.

Spend a Week in Athens
A complete language immersion experience
Spend a week learning, speaking and experiencing Greek through everyday life, culture and conversation.
Together with me—and, where appropriate, an experienced licensed tour guide—you'll discover Athens (or, seasonally, one of the Greek islands) through the language itself.
Over six days (4 hours per day), we'll combine structured lessons with experiences designed to help you think, listen and communicate in Greek throughout the day.
Depending on the programme, you may find yourself:
● discussing Greek culture over coffee
● exploring neighbourhoods and historical sites
● discovering local food and traditions
● visiting museums, galleries or markets
● practising conversations in authentic situations
● learning vocabulary exactly where you'll use it
This is not a holiday package.
It isn't a traditional language course either.
It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in Greek life, culture and language while being guided every step of the way.
